Terms & Conditions – egames99

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and egames99 ("egames99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting products, and features offered at egames99.win and any associated subdomains or applications.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on egames99, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are in addition to, and should be read alongside, the egames99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To create and maintain an egames99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. egames99 strictly enforces the 21+ age threshold and conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of egames99 or any of its affiliated entities or gaming software providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You acknowledge that online gaming may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of your participation before registering.

egames99 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any balances will be held in trust during the verification period.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may register and operate only one (1) egames99 account. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, payment methods, IP address, or device fingerprint — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. It is your obligation to keep this information current. egames99 accepts no liability for account issues arising from outdated or inaccurate registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. egames99 will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as authorised by you, unless you have reported the compromise of your credentials to support in writing prior to the activity in question.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on egames99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating FPX banks)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits made via eWallet or DuitNow are credited to your account immediately. FPX bank transfer deposits may take up to 10 minutes during peak banking hours.

Withdrawal requests are available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. egames99 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

egames99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. In such cases, egames99 may request supporting documentation to establish the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, egames99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is established, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as provided in the promotion terms.
• egames99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where egames99 reasonably suspects that a Player is exploiting a bonus offer — whether through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or other means — egames99 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may suspend or close the account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on egames99 — whether in the live casino, sportsbook, slots, or Mix Parlay sections — are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to that product. General betting conditions include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the egames99 system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player.
• In the event of a technical fault, egames99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant sports governing body. egames99 will not be liable for errors in third-party data feeds, provided that settlement is corrected as soon as the error is identified.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant product sections. egames99 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its discretion without providing a reason.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with egames99 games or systems.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage at table games or tournaments.
• Any attempt to interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the egames99 platform or its underlying software.
• Providing false identity information or documents during KYC verification.
• Using egames99 in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain funds to which you are not entitled. Any such funds must be returned immediately upon egames99's request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on egames99 — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of egames99 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any egames99 content without the prior written consent of egames99.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egames99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

egames99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time of the relevant incident.

egames99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

egames99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

egames99 implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk associated with the processing of player personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit.

11. Responsible Gaming

egames99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Player base. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which egames99 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the egames99 customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the egames99 gaming licence conditions. The decision of the applicable regulatory authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
